Gary Quinn is arguably one of the most established and well known Country artists on the British Country music scene. He has shared the stage with the likes of Kristian Bush, Phil Vassar and Jenn Bostic, in addition to winning a number of awards for his music achievements and songwriting abilities.
The new single takes a spin on the modern country music which blends well with today’s American market. The track begins with a strong drum beat and electric guitar riff before ringing out, letting Gary’s vocals take to the ‘stage’. It brings to the fore the concept that many of us are all too familiar with… love. A wonderful story about the meeting of two individuals written with an authentic and real lyrical content that the listener can relate to.
The Strong use of dynamics allows the listener to tap into the storyline of the song. In that sense, it is very musically emotive. Gary has definitely succeeded in his new venture for a contemporary sound.
Potentially my favourite Gary Quinn song! It's a banger.
