Review: 'Running So Long' by Thirteen Stars

Describing themselves as Southern Rock and bluesy, country swing, Thirteen Stars is a band from the West Coast Of Cumbria. Band members are Hoss Thompson, Jax Sedgwick, Andy Bates and Steve Revier and they have been playing gigs in the UK and Europe for the last 10 years.

'Running So Long' was written by lead singer and guitarist Hoss after Tom Petty died as a tribute to him and the official music video was released on 13th September. It is the first single from their upcoming album due to be released in early 2020.

On first listen it was pure joy to hear. My cup of tea from first to last note.

The lyrics tell of finding that special someone after you have felt that you have been 'lost' for some time.

This song is country rock at its finest. I seriously suggest you check this band out.
