Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Chris Andreucci is a country artist signed on a publishing deal with Century Music Group in Nashville, TN. Dubbed as “Scotland’s Best Country Music Artist” by Capital FM, the singer/songwriter has built up a loyal fanbase across the UK, Europe and USA. Chris’ latest EP “What Don’t Kill You” was recorded and produced in Nashville in December 2020 by Grammy award winning producer Justin Courtelyou. Justin has also worked with Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson, and Blake Shelton.
The singer/songwriter puts a Scottish twist on the current Nashville sound, pulling from influences such as Bruce Springsteen, Luke Combs and Eric Church. With an extensive back catalogue, Andreucci continues to write meaningful songs with memorable lyrics and great musical hooks.
The brand new single Killin’ Time is a song about a relationship with an expiration date.
"I wrote this track with Conner Edmunds at the Bailer Music Publishing house in Nashville. It was a sunny day and we were sat out on the back porch. We spoke for a while and realised we were both in a similar situation with the people we were seeing. You could either see it as bad thing or just enjoy the time that you have left together and that’s the route we went down with this one."
The track was produced in collaboration with EDM producer CÄLLEN and is very different from the music I’ve released before. We went for a real summer dance vibe and I’m excited to see what people think of it.
