Katie O'Malley has a stunningly different voice. Husky, smokey with a hauntingly beautiful tone, it has the wow factor. 'Yoshino' is quite a dramatic song opening with guitar bringing in pedal steel before introducing the piano. A lone tambourine keeps the beat. Drums come in for the latter half of the song helping it to steadily build before subsiding again until you are left with a solo piano.
