UK Country artist Jon Dearing is set to release his debut EP ‘Found’ on August 2nd.

The 5 track record will feature the new single and title track ‘Found’ as well as previous songs including ‘Chasing’ and ‘Matter To Me’ which were heavily featured across UK and US radio including BBC Introducing, iHeartRadio and Best of British – Unsigned as well as publications including Entertainment Focus/EF Country, Forever British Country, Your Life In A Song and more.

Along with the EP, a Special Edition will also be released featuring 3 bonus tracks including acoustic ballad ‘You’ and stripped back/alternate versions of earlier tracks.

Speaking on his upcoming release Dearing says "I’m just extremely excited to finally release this project. After putting out these singles over the past year it is great for people to finally hear them as an entire compilation the way we intended them to be heard and to share these bonus songs as a thank you for all those who have been supporting what I’ve been doing since the beginning. I feel the new single represents where I’m at right now and the EP as a whole is a perfect way to close this first chapter.”

Both the Found EP and Special Edition are available to pre-save and pre-order now across online stores with the official release set for August 2nd.

Jon Dearing is a singer/songwriter originally from Dorset, UK.

His style of Acoustic/Country/Folk blended with Pop/Rock has had him featured on BBC Introducing, iHeartRadio and the Best of British – Unsigned Show, along with articles in publications including Entertainment Focus, Forever British Country, UK Country News and many more. This has raised awareness and recognition for him as an artist and live act, taking inspiration from the likes of Ed Sheeran and George Ezra to Bon Jovi and The Goo Goo Dolls.

Starting off as a singer and an acoustic guitar player, Jon learnt his musical trade in the West Country before moving to the city of Southampton. Here he worked with a number of bands and collaborated with other artists playing some of the top music venues in the city, including NME’s #1 small venue The Joiners. Establishing himself in this vibrant music scene, Jon became the opening act for televised UK artists including Nathanael Landskroner (The X Factor) and Dean Borozcky (The Voice) and gained recognition as one of the top live acts.

He has now moved on to playing renowned venues around the country including London’s Half Moon, Putney. These works have coincided with charitable shows Jon has played, during which time he became, and continues to be, a keen supporter of the U Support Charity playing at fundraising events.

Having originally formed the band, Boundless Kings, he released his first public work (Worth The Fight For – EP) in 2016.

Currently Jon is now fully focused on his solo career as a singer/songwriter with his debut EP ‘Found’ coming August 2nd.
