Review - 'On The Road' by Donna Marie

'On The Road' is a song about enjoying the solitude whilst travelling back from a gig late at night. Being comfortable in your own company.

This is a song that builds. Introducing keys half way through to fill out the sound. I love the tone of the guitar. The way this song is arranged it sounds like one guitar asks a question then another guitar answers it. I also love that Donna's voice sounds as if she is singing the song right next to you and not through a mic. A perfect example of less is more.

I certainly recommend adding 'On The Road' to your music library.
