Gasoline & Matches *NEW SINGLE*

GASOLINE & MATCHES ‘Not Into Country’

RELEASE DATE: Monday 3rd September 2018

FOR FANS OF: MAREN MORRIS, LINDSAY ELL, TAYLOR SWIFT

“Promising big things for 2018” – BBC Introducing

“Sassy, funky, Little Big Town infused country right from the heartland of the UK” – Lyric Magazine

Gasoline & Matches are continuing their momentum after a busy summer of festivals with the release of their latest single ‘Not Into Country’ as a follow up to their hugely successful singles ‘Fool’s Gold’ & ‘If You Wanna Stay’.

Produced by the renowned Gavin Monaghan, the new single is the perfect late summer jam, channelling edgy Maren Morris vibes and a little T-Swift break-up sass.

‘This song was part of the process of getting over an ex-boyfriend. It’s the realisation that life goes on. Sometimes you have to take the lessons learnt and remember to just keep breathing because it’s all going to be ok! …Even if they don’t give you your guitar case back!’- Sally Rea Morris

With their impressive blend of Fleetwood Mac style harmonies, Brad Paisley-infused guitar solos and energetic live performances, they grabbed the attention of critically acclaimed Nashville song writing legend Phil Vassar, who invited the duo to share the stage with him on his April tour. Following on from this they were shortlisted for Best Country/Folk Act in Birmingham Music Awards 2018 and received a nomination for Duo of the Year at the 2018 British CMA Awards alongside The Shires and Ward Thomas.
