Review of Darcy's gig - 14th February at The Old School BBQ Bus

Well I couldn't think of a better way to spend valentines evening than visiting The old school bbq bus to see Darcy play an acoustic set alongside his drummer Ollie Hopkins.

It was pretty quiet at the venue but with it being midweek it was understandable, however Darcy still managed to introduce his music to some couples enjoying an evening out.

Playing a mixture of originals such as the BCMA song of the year 'Too country for you' (my favourite) and BCMA video of the year 'Hooked', Darcy also covered a mixture of country songs, including Zac Brown Bands 'Toes' and Lonestars 'Amazed', keeping us all entertained for a very enjoyable, slightly chilly evening.

The venue was a perfect setup for country gigs and one I'm looking forward to visiting in the future.

Unfortunately, I was so busy just enjoying the evening, I didn't actually get many photos.
